Ben jij een nauwkeurige logistieke professional die graag overzicht creëert én processen verbetert? Krijg je energie van een dynamische productieomgeving, internationale contacten en planningen die iedere dag anders zijn? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Logistics Administrator zorg jij dat klantorders van ontvangst tot levering goed worden gepland, verwerkt en opgevolgd. Je bewaakt de voortgang, signaleert knelpunten en houdt klanten en collega’s op de hoogte. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om processen kritisch te bekijken en structureel te verbeteren.

Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende belanghebbenden. Daarnaast neem je initiatief, denk je vooruit en weet je anderen mee te nemen in verbeteringen. Verder heb je:

  • Hbo werk en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal drie jaar logistieke werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving;
  • Ervaring met het initiëren of uitvoeren van procesverbeteringen;
  • Ervaring met één of meerdere ERP-systemen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Overtuigingskracht en een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Affiniteit met techniek en technische producten.

Het is een pré wanneer je beschikt over:

  • Een of meerdere LEAN-certificaten;
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365;

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Ontvangen, invoeren en verwerken van klantorders;
  • Plannen van orders en bewaken van de voortgang;
  • Afstemmen met assemblage over capaciteit, prioriteiten en levertijden;
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten over vragen, problemen en planningen;
  • Verwerken en beantwoorden van e-mails;
  • Administratief afronden van orders die het pand hebben verlaten;
  • Behandelen en analyseren van claims;
  • Signaleren van trends in claims en deze vertalen naar verbeteracties;
  • Benoemen van knelpunten tijdens de dagstart en gezamenlijk bepalen hoe deze worden opgelost;
  • Initiëren, uitwerken en implementeren van procesverbeteringen;
  • Meenemen en overtuigen van collega’s bij veranderingen.
