Das Bachtelen ist ein führendes Kompetenzzentrum im Kanton Solothurn für Kinder und Jugendliche. Mit einem breit abgestützten Angebot in Schule, Wohnen, Therapie, Beratung und familienergänzender Betreuung setzen wir uns für die bestmögliche Förderung und Integration von Kindern und Jugendlichen ein. Über 550 engagierte Mitarbeitende gestalten gemeinsam eine Kultur der Offenheit, Fachlichkeit und Wertschätzung.

Als Geschäftsleiter:in übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung, diese sinnstiftende Aufgabe mit Weitsicht, Empathie und Führungsstärke weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die operative Führung des Kompetenzzentrums und die Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand des Vereins Bachtelen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, der erweiterten Geschäftsleitung und ihren engagierten Teams
  • Vertretung der Institution gegenüber Behörden, Politik und Öffentlichkeit
  • Pflege einer wertorientierten, offenen und innovativen Organisationskultur

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik oder Psychologie
  • Fundierte Führungsausbildung und mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung
  • Strategisches, vernetztes und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Integrative, kommunikative und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit
