Mitarbeiter:in Sekretariat Geschäftsstelle mit ausgeprägter IT-Affinität, 80 %

In dieser Funktion nehmen Sie eine wichtige Drehscheibenfunktion ein und sind sowohl nach innen wie nach aussen erste Kontaktstelle für technische, administrative, und organisatorische Fragen.

Das ist Ihr Wirkungsfeld:

  • Mit ihrer ausgeprägten IT-Affinität sind Sie erste Anlaufstelle für das Team in IT-Fragen. Sie bearbeiten selbständig Aufträge in unserer Fallmanagement-Software, unterstützen mit ihren erweiterten Kenntnissen zielgerichtet bei Outlook, Word, Excel und arbeiten in komplexeren IT-Fragen Hand in Hand mit unseren IT-Verantwortlichen
  • Sie meistern den Empfang, das Telefon/die Post, das Materialwesen, die Sitzungsorganisation sowie weitere anfallende administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben für die Geschäftsstelle
  • Sie übernehmen die Falladministration (Falleröffnungen, Archivierung, Ablage) und unterstützen zuverlässig bei Reportings, Statistiken und Versänden
  • Sie gestalten Flyer, Einladungen sowie Newsletter und organisieren diverse Anlässe

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (zwingend)
  • Solide Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, im Idealfall in einer ähnlichen Drehscheibenfunktion
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der digitalisierten Arbeitswelt, die über die reine Systemanwendung hinausgeht
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständige, strukturierte, verlässliche und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Hilfsbereitschaft
  • Verschwiegene und loyale Arbeitshaltung
  • Offenheit und Freude an einem dynamischen, zuweilen lebhaften Umfeld
  • Präsenz vor Ort an vier Tagen (Dienstag bis Donnerstag zwingend, freier Tag Montag oder Freitag)
