Unser Standort Sonnhalde in Wynigen BE ist ein Kleinheim für Kinder ab Geburt bis zum Austritt in die Selbstständigkeit, die aus unterschiedlichen Gründen nicht bei ihren Eltern aufwachsen können. Auf zwei Gruppen bieten wir insgesamt 14 Plätze an. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Verstärkung in den folgenden Bereichen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Sozialpädagogische Betreuung, Förderung und Begleitung auf der Basis des pädagogischen Konzeptes
  • Grösstmöglicher Einbezug der Eltern im Rahmen der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit im Tandem inkl. sozialpädagogische Fallführung
  • Beziehungs- und Vertrauensaufbau mit dem Klientel
  • Interne und externe Zusammenarbeit mit den Angehörigen und involvierten Stellen
  • Kompetenzorientierte Ressorts und Nebenaufgaben

Anforderungsprofil Sozialpädagog:in ###

  • Ein Diplom oder Äquivalenz als Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge FH/HF
  • Mittragen der Grundwerte der Institution
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig und auch im Team
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten, gelegentlichen Nachtpiketts sowie Wochenendbetreuung
  • Fahrausweis der Kategorie B erwünscht (Automaten und E Fahrzeuge)
  • Empathie, Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sie bringen Freude und Humor an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit
