Das RHYBOOT mit verschiedenen Standorten im St. Galler Rheintal bietet rund 300 erwachsenen Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Beeinträchtigungen Lebens- und Arbeitsräume. Das Angebot umfasst Wohn-, Beschäftigungs-, Arbeits-, Eingliederungs- und Ausbildungsplätze.

Für den Bereich Wohnen suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 eine engagierte

Fachperson Betreuung Wohnen 80%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitverantwortung für die bedürfnisgerechte Begleitung, Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Umsetzung der agogischen Grundsätze
  • Begleitung im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner/-innen in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung sowie Förderung ihrer Selbstbestimmung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen sowie internen und externen Fachstellen
  • Einbringen von Berufs- und Lebenserfahrung in die individuelle Begleitung und Betreuung

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) EFZ
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Freude an der Alltagsbegleitung sowie an pflegerischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung
  • Fähigkeit zu selbständigem Denken und zielbewusstem Handeln
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement sowie Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten, Wochenenddiensten sowie Bereitschaftsdiensten in der Nacht
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Kategorie B
