Im Seniorenzentrum Sunnhalde stellen wir die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste konsequent in den Mittelpunkt. Wir verfügen über 80 Pflegeplätze und 24 Seniorenwohnungen mit Service. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Interessierte, Angehörige, zuweisende Stellen und externe Partner.
  • Sie führen Beratungsgespräche und Besichtigungen durch und begleiten administrative Anliegen mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Professionalität.
  • Sie bearbeiten Anfragen, erfassen die Ein\- und Austritte, pflegen die administrativen Dossiers.
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Wohnungsübergaben und \-abnahmen.
  • Sie erstellen Rechnungen für Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, Mieterinnen und Mieter sowie für Gemeinden und Krankenkassen. Dabei klären Sie Finanzierungsfragen und kümmern sich um die nötige Korrespondenz.
  • Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung mit Zahlen, Auswertungen und aussagekräftigen Statistiken.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen ein und helfen mit, unsere Abläufe laufend zu verbessern.

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Administration, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen und/oder in der Liegenschaftsverwaltung
  • Freude an Zahlen und die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Abrechnungssysteme einzuarbeiten
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige, exakte und lösungs\- sowie prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, ein empathisches Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Menschen, Diskretion
  • Sehr gute PC\-Kenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit der branchenspezifischen Software Lobos ist ein Plus
