Der Verein Wohngemeinschaft Casa Viva mit Sitz in Holderbank AG (seit 2009) betreut bis zu 13 erwachsene Menschen mit psychischer oder psychosozialer Beeinträchtigung. Wir arbeiten ressourcenorientiert und legen den Schwerpunkt auf die berufliche und soziale Integration unserer Bewohner\*Innen. Unsere Institution ist IVSE anerkannt und wird kantonal finanziert. Für die Unterstützung der Fachkräfte suchen wir nach Absprache eine

dipl. Sozialpädagogin HF ##

Aufgabenbereich: ###

  • Betreuung und Begleitung von 4-6 Bewohner\*Innen mit psychischer oder psychosozialer Beeinträchtigung
  • Interinstitutionelle und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Förderung der persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Selbsthilfe der Alltagssituationen
  • Förderung der Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Zielvereinbarungen, Standortgespräche, Berichte
  • Administrative Aufgaben

Arbeitszeiten: ###

Die Arbeitszeiten an Werktagen sind zwischen 08:00 - 15:00 / 17:00 - 21:00 Uhr. An Wochenenden (max. 1x/Mt) von 16:00 - 20:00 Uhr. An drei aneinanderfolgenden Tagen frei (Fr-So oder Sa-Mo).

Anforderungsprofil: ###

  • Sehr selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (RedLine Klientenerfassungssoftware)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B, eigenes Fahrzeug
  • Flexibel und organisatorisches Talent
  • Pikettdienst (1-2 mal/Woche, nur telefonisch erreichbar)
  • Reife und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Wohnort in der näheren Umgebung (max. 20 Min. Fahrzeit)
