Das Wohnzentrum Frankental bietet 41 Menschen mit neurologischen Erkrankungen, Hirnverletzungen sowie mit kognitiven und/oder körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen und/oder psychosozialen Auffälligkeiten ein Zuhause.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Köchin / Koch EFZ (100%) -----------------------------

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Tägliche Zubereitung von saisongerechten Mahlzeiten inkl. Spezialkost (ca. 80 Personen) unter Einhaltung der HACCP\-Richtlinien
  • Auf\- und Abbau des Mittagsbuffets (30 \- 40 Personen) sowie Ausgabe über den Mittag
  • Reinigung, Pflege und Unterhalt von Arbeitsgeräten und Infrastruktur in der Küche und im Begegnungsraum
  • Bestellung, Warenannahme sowie Lagerung von Lebensmittel und Material
  • Herausgabe interner Lebensmittelbestellungen an Wohngruppen und Beschäftigung und Aktivierung
  • Wochenenddienst mit Verantwortung für die Vor\- und Zubereitung sowie Verteilung der Mahlzeiten
  • Vor\- und Zubereitung der Verpflegung bei Anlässen
  • Mithilfe bei der Begleitung und Betreuung unseres Lernenden

Deine Persönlichkeit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Köchin / Koch EFZ
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der klassischen Gastronomie
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Diätküche von Vorteil
  • Von Vorteil: anerkannter Berufsbildnerausweis (Lehrmeisterkurs) oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Teamorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Humorvolle, empathische und initiative Persönlichkeit
  • Flexibilität auch für Wochenenddienste
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
