Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team 1 Fachliche Leitung für die Einrichtung x-point Schulsozialarbeit in Niederösterreich

in der Region NÖ Ost (derzeit: Mödling, Guntramsdorf, Schwechat, Klosterneuburg, Perchtoldsdorf, Tulln), mit dem Dienstort St. Pölten, im Ausmaß einer Anstellung von 15 bis 20 Wochenstunden ab Februar 2027.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

Sie leiten ein Team von Schulsozialarbeiter:innen, sind für die Steuerung und Kontrolle der Auftragserfüllung und für die fachliche Begleitung zuständig. Sie sind direkte Vorgesetzte der Schulsozialarbeiter:innen und sind zuständig für die damit verbundenen Aufgaben in der Mitarbeiter:innenführung. Sie sind zuständig für unser innovatives Wissensmanagement. Sie vertreten den Verein YOUNG gegenüber den Schulen, Auftraggeber:innen und Vernetzungspartner:innen und erstellen gute Kooperations- und Kommunikationsstrukturen. Sie sind in ein Fachteam eingebunden. Ihr Dienstort ist St. Pölten, jedoch erfordert die Betreuung Ihrer Region (NÖ Ost) mit den zugeteilten Schulen, auch Fahrten innerhalb NÖ.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium: Soziale Arbeit, Diplomsozialarbeiter:in

* Leitungskompetenz

* Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit

* Erfahrung in Mitarbeiter:innenführung

* Hohe Fach- und Fallkompetenz

* Erfahrung im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, bestmöglich auch in der Schulsozialarbeit

* Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherung, Statistik, Evaluation, Berichtswesen

* Bearbeitung und Entwicklung von wissenschaftlich fundierten fachlichen Leitlinien

* Rhetorische- und Präsentationskompetenz

Sonstige Anforderungen:

* Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit (mündlich und schriftlich)

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in Strukturen einzuarbeiten

* Selbstorganisation/gutes Zeitmanagement

* Einhaltung vorgegebener Strukturen sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten erforderlich

* Reflexionsbereitschaft/Bereitwilligkeit zur Weiterbildung

* Sehr gute digitale Kompetenz/MS Office/Social Media

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von NÖ, Führerschein B

Bezahlung:

Mindestgehalt gemäß SWÖ-KV 2026 (Vollzeitbeschäftigung, 37 Stunden/Woche), VW-Gr. 8 € 3.348,90 (Vollzeit), zuzüglich einer Leitungszulage entsprechend Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
