Traži se osoba koja dobro poznaje građevinske radove, zna organizirati ljude i posao te može samostalno voditi svakodnevnu operativu gradilišta u suradnji s inženjerom gradilišta.

Opis poslova:

- organizacija i svakodnevno vođenje radova na gradilištu

- organizacija i raspoređivanje radnika i radnih zadataka

- koordinacija vlastitih radnika i podizvođača

- praćenje kvalitete i dinamike izvođenja radova

- organizacija potrebnog materijala, alata i mehanizacije

- kontrola utroška i pravovremeno osiguravanje potrebnog materijala

- praćenje izvedbe prema projektu i uputama inženjera

- evidencija izvedenih radova i učinka radnika

- briga o redu, organizaciji i sigurnosti na gradilištu

- svakodnevna suradnja s inženjerom i voditeljem gradilišta

Uvjeti:

- najmanje 5 godina iskustva u građevinarstvu, poželjno na poslovima poslovođe ili vođenja građevinskih ekipa

- dobro praktično poznavanje građevinskih radova i procesa izvođenja

- sposobnost samostalne organizacije gradilišta i radnih ekipa

- sposobnost čitanja i razumijevanja projektne dokumentacije

- odgovornost, pouzdanost i organiziranost

- sposobnost vođenja ljudi i rješavanja svakodnevnih situacija na gradilištu

- vozačka dozvola B kategorije
