Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons pour notre magasin de La Roche/Yon

Un (e) gestionnaire rayon épicerie H/F en CDI

Missions principales :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de magasin, vous êtes responsable de la bonne tenue et de la performance de votre rayon.

Vos missions

À ce titre, vous aurez notamment pour missions de :

· Accueillir, conseiller et renseigner les clients

· Assurer l’approvisionnement, le remplissage et le réassort du rayon

· Veiller à la qualité de la présentation des produits et au respect du merchandising

· Garantir la disponibilité des produits et limiter les ruptures

· Réceptionner et contrôler les marchandises

· Assurer la rotation des produits et le respect des dates limites de consommation

· Suivre les stocks et établir les commandes auprès de la centrale d’achat

· Mettre en place les opérations commerciales, promotions et implantation des rayons

· Contrôler l’étiquetage, les prix et l’affichage des informations réglementaires

· Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et de propreté

· Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance et proposer des actions d’amélioration.

Votre profil :

Passionné(e) par les métiers de la vente, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie au sein d’un magasin alimentaire ou en tant qu’employé au sein en GMS.

Une connaissance des produits en rayon épicerie serait un véritable atout.

Ainsi, vous avez développé de réelles compétences en facing, gestion de rotation de produits et conseils clients pour ce type de produit.

Doté (e) d’un excellent sens du relationnel, esprit d’équipe, rigoureux (se) et dynamique, vous vous appuierez sur ces qualités pour mener à bien votre mission au sein d’un magasin en constante évolution.

Conditions :

Travail lundi au dimanche matin (selon un planning défini) – poste à temps plein base 35h

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
