Ben jij een ervaren industrieel projectleider die complexe productielijnen kan uitrollen én operationele teams kan aansturen? Voor een strategisch, hoogtechnologisch project zoeken wij een Industrial Project & Operations Manager.

In deze sleutelrol combineer je hands-on projectmanagement op locatie bij de klant in Vlaanderen (75%) met het operationeel opvolgen en optimaliseren van de hoofdproductielijn in Waals Brabant (25%). Je fungeert als de technische spilfiguur tussen R&D, leveranciers, operations en de eindklant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

1. Project Management & Cleanroom Specificaties

  • End-to-end implementatie: Verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en operationeel krijgen van een gloednieuwe productielijn, met strikte opvolging van timing, budget en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Technisch aanspreekpunt: Coördinatie tussen toeleveranciers van apparatuur/tooling en het projectteam van de klant.
  • Cleanroom-interfaces: Definiëren, opstellen en valideren van de functionele specificaties en technische koppelvlakken (HVAC, utilities) voor de modulaire cleanroom-infrastructuur (ISO-normen).
  • Work Packages & Change Management: Coördineren van de verschillende projectpakketten (infrastructuur, hardware, IT-integratie, software-architectuur op maat, lokale database hosting) en borgen van change-control procedures.
  • Compliance & Kwaliteit: Opleveren van CE-markeringen, elektrische keuringen en prestatierapporten voor maatwerk test- en inspectiebanken.

2. Procesanalyse, Optimalisatie & Automatisatie

  • Bottleneck-analyse: Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde processtudies op de assemblage-, productie- en testflows.
  • Verbeterpotentieel: Identificeren van manuele taken zonder toegevoegde waarde, ergonomische knelpunten en cyclustijdbeperkingen.
  • Business cases & roadmap: Formuleren van concrete aanbevelingen rond automatisatie/robotisering, inclusief haalbaarheid, kosten-batenanalyse en integratierisico’s voor toekomstige opschaling.

3. Industrialisatie, Methodes & Documentatie

  • Opleveren en beheren van definitiedossiers, werkinstructies, stuklijsten (BOM) en lijn-layouts.
  • Toezien op de vertaling en lokalisatie van procedures en software-interfaces naar het Nederlands en Engels voor lokale operatoren.
  • Opstellen van gebruikers- en onderhoudshandleidingen, beheer van kritieke reserveonderdelen en overdracht naar supply chain.

4. Operationeel Beheer & Kwaliteit

  • Aansturen van de primaire productielijn in Waals Brabant via de lokale teamleader.
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s (output, componentontvangsten, leveringen, kwaliteitsstatistieken).
  • Centraliseren van de inkomende kwaliteitscontrole (QCin) en toelevering voor beide productielocaties.
  • Coördineren van het onboarding- en trainingstraject voor de lijnreferenten van de klant.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Opleiding: Master Industriële Wetenschappen of Burgerlijk Ingenieur (Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde, Automatisering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring: Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in industrieel projectmanagement, opstart van productielijnen, methodes of productiemanagement in een precisie- of assemblage-omgeving.
  • Technisch inzicht:Aantoonbare ervaring met procesbalancering, lean methodieken en het identificeren van automatisatietrajecten. Praktische kennis van cleanroomvereisten (ISO-classificaties, utiliteiten/HVAC-interfaces). Vertrouwd met kwaliteitsnormen en certificeringen (ISO 9001 / EN9100, CE-markering, FAI).
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiend tweetalig Nederlands en Frans (zowel gesproken als geschreven; essentieel voor communicatie op de werkvloer en met klanten). Vloeiend Engels voor technische documentatie en rapportering.
  • Mobiliteit: Bereid om flexibel te pendelen tussen Waals Brabant en de klantensite in Vlaanderen (ca. 100 km).
  • Persoonlijkheid: Sterke stakeholder manager, stressbestendig, kwaliteitsgericht en daadkrachtig in besluitvorming.
