Ben jij een ervaren Mechanical Design Engineer die snel kan schakelen en direct impact wil maken? Voor een aantal lopende productontwikkelingsprojecten zoeken wij een hands-on expert die op korte termijn kan instappen, lopende projecten naadloos overneemt en deze succesvol verderzet.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Kennisoverdracht & Continuïteit: Je start direct op met een gerichte overdrachtsperiode om de lopende projecten feilloos over te nemen van een collega.
  • Mechanical Design & Engineering: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en optimaliseren van hoogwaardige mechanische productontwerpen, met een sterke focus op spuitgiettechnieken (kunststof) en metaalbewerking.
  • Siemens NX : Je gebruikt Siemens NX en Teamcenter om nauwkeurige 3D-tekeningen op te leveren, ontwerpdata te beheren en de continuïteit binnen de ontwerpomgeving te waarborgen.
  • Prototype Validatie: Je voert de Incoming Quality Control (IQC) uit op prototypes en eerste versies om de produceerbaarheid en kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met het lokale R&D- en productieteam om ontwerpen te optimaliseren voor kostenefficiëntie, kwaliteit en maakbaarheid.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar bewezen ervaring in mechanical design engineering, specifiek met complexe kunststof- en metaalontwerpen.
  • Software: Je beschikt over diepgaande en actuele expertise in Siemens NX en Teamcenter.
  • Expertise: Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in spuitgieten en ervaring met de kwaliteitscontrole (IQC) en validatie van prototypes.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar en zoekt een deeltijdse invulling (geen fulltime opdracht). Freelancers welkom! (maar enkel rechtstreeks, niet via tussenpartij)
  • Locatie: Je bent bereid om on-site in Regio Roeselare te werken. Fysieke aanwezigheid op kantoor is cruciaal voor een warme overdracht en de dagelijkse afstemming met het team.
  • Communicatie: Je bent communicatief sterk en pragmatisch ingesteld, waardoor je snel operationeel bent in een bestaand team.
