Ben je een gedreven Mechanical Engineer met een passie voor verfijnde techniek, automatisering en complexe machinebouw? Wil je jouw stempel drukken op innovatieve verpakkings- en automatiseringssystemen die wereldwijd worden ingezet? Dan is deze uitdaging op jouw lijf geschreven.

Als Mechanical Design Engineer ben je de sleutelfiguur van concept tot realisatie. Je ontwerpt geavanceerde mechanische modules en mechatronische systemen binnen een multidisciplinair team van elektro-, software- en productie-experts.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwerpen & Engineeren: Je ontwikkelt en gedetailleert hoogwaardige mechanische concepten, samenstellingen en sub-systemen in SolidWorks (3D/2D).
  • Technisch leiderschap op detailniveau: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurige berekeningen, simulaties (FEA) en een correcte toepassing van GD&T.
  • Data- & Documentbeheer: Je beheert technische BGM’s (BOMs), werktekeningen en projectdocumentatie binnen Teamcenter (PLM).
  • Multidisciplinaire samenwerking: Je stemt ontwerpen nauw af met electrical & controls engineers voor naadloos geïntegreerde oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteit & Optimalisatie: Je ontwerpt met oog voor maakbaarheid (DFM), kostenefficiëntie, duurzaamheid en veiligheidsnormen (CE, UL).

Wat breng je mee?

  • Opleiding: Master- of Bachelordiploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektromechanica, Mechatronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in mechanisch ontwerp en complexe machinebouw.
  • CAD/PLM Expertise: Uitstekende kennis van SolidWorks en ervaring met Teamcenter. Kennis van FEA-simulaties is een sterke plus.
  • Vakmanschap: Grondige kennis van maat- en vormtoleranties (GD&T) en fabricagetechnieken.
  • Soft skills: Een analytische geest, oog voor detail, zelfstandigheid en een heldere communicatiestijl in een multidisciplinaire omgeving.
  • Talen: Vlot in het Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven). Nederlands is een grote plus.
