Ben jij een magazijnier die graag alles op orde houdt? Werk je vlot met een computer en steek je ook graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen?

We zoeken een magazijnier die zorgt dat onze productie altijd de juiste materialen in huis heeft. Je combineert magazijnwerk met voorraadbeheer en bestellingen. Lekker afwisselend dus!

Wat ga je doen?

Jij zorgt dat alles in ons magazijn vlot verloopt.

  • Je ontvangt leveringen, controleert de goederen en zet alles op de juiste plaats.
  • Je legt materialen klaar voor je collega's in de productie.
  • Je houdt de voorraad bij en bestelt op tijd nieuwe materialen.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers, vergelijkt offertes en onderhandelt over de beste prijs.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en controleert bestelbonnen en facturen.
  • Je verwittigt je collega's wanneer hun materialen geleverd zijn.
  • Je werkt met een computer en scanner en hebt contact met leveranciers via mail en telefoon.

Je hebt een eigen bureau in de productie, maar bent ook vaak in het magazijn te vinden. Een mooie mix van doen en regelen!

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als magazijnier of met voorraadbeheer.
  • Je kan goed overweg met een computer, scanner en e-mail.
  • Je werkt netjes en houdt graag het overzicht.
  • Je ziet zelf wanneer materialen bijna op zijn en denkt vooruit.
  • Je durft leveranciers te bellen en prijzen te bespreken.
  • Kennis van Kanban (een systeem om de voorraad bij te houden) is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.

Belangrijkste? Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en helpt je collega's graag verder.
