Para acompanhar esse crescimento, buscamos um(a) Analista de Customer Success Externo para atuar em campo, próximo às nossas bases de clientes nos estados de Minas Gerais e Rio de Janeiro.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar a agenda de visitas presenciais estratégicas aos clientes, fortalecendo relacionamento e confiança;Garantir a adoção correta e completa da ferramenta, orientando o cliente de forma prática durante as visitas; Atuar ativamente na retenção de clientes, conduzindo negociações para reversão de cancelamentos (churn); Identificar oportunidades de upsell e expansão de contrato, apresentando novas funcionalidades e módulos; Conduzir a implantação presencial de módulos e integrações, garantindo sucesso na utilização (ex: integrações financeiras); Gerar novos negócios por meio de indicações de clientes satisfeitos, fortalecendo a base de leads; Coletar feedbacks estruturados durante as visitas e atuar como a voz do cliente junto aos times internos; Registrar informações relevantes no sistema/CRM, garantindo histórico e acompanhamento da carteira; Trabalhar em conjunto com times internos (CS, Suporte, Produto e Comercial); Representar a empresa de forma profissional em campo, fortalecendo a marca e a confiança do cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo; Experiência mínima de 1 a 2 anos em Customer Success, Pós-venda, vendas consultivas ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento de conceitos e metodologias de CS, Gestão de carteira de clientes, Retenção e Churn, Upssell; Pacote Office;Conhecimento de ferramentas de CRM, de agenda e roteirização.Diferenciais desejáveisEnsino superior em Contabilidade;Vivência com atendimento externo ou presencial.
