Verifiable is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive satisfaction, retention and growth across a portfolio of customers. You’ll be each customer’s main point of contact after implementation. You’ll drive adoption, find growth opportunities and make sure customers get measurable value from Verifiable.

You’ll work closely with Product, Support and Sales to deliver a great customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship from the implementation hand-off through renewal and expansion, and keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Become a trusted advisor who drives retention, strong adoption and value delivery, and turns customers into advocates.
  • Build a deep understanding of each customer’s business goals, initiatives and use cases, and tailor your guidance to them.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of Verifiable’s products, including our API, Salesforce and native AI offerings. Use it to drive adoption of complex technical products and improve customer ROI.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to show ROI, align on business objectives, share product updates and lay the groundwork for renewal.
  • Spot risk and barriers to value early, diagnose the root causes, and lead remediation and recovery plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer: collect product feedback and requests, and turn customer needs into clear input for Product and Development teams.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve the CSM function and the wider customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven experience building relationships with C-level, VP and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude: you’re comfortable explaining APIs, integrations and implementation concepts at a high level.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and manage a large book of customers.
  • Deep tech stack experience, including leveraging AI, coupled with Slack, GSuite, Jira, and Notion fluency
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal and external teams.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a track record of driving excellent customer outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on Salesforce knowledge, including custom configurations and integrations.
  • Experience in healthcare, credentialing or compliance-focused SaaS.
