Na Veritas Hub, o Social Media Pleno terá o papel de transformar as redes sociais em um ativo de marca, relacionamento e geração de demanda.

A pessoa será responsável por planejar, produzir, publicar e analisar o conteúdo orgânico da marca, conectando três frentes principais: autoridade, comunidade e performance. O foco da posição está em gerar resultados mensuráveis, e não apenas em aumentar o volume de publicações.

Entre as principais responsabilidades estão: Planejar os pilares de conteúdo de acordo com cada produto e público; Construir e organizar o calendário editorial mensal; Roteirizar, produzir e editar reels, stories, carrosséis e posts; Desenvolver conteúdos com ganchos fortes, linguagem simples, acolhedora e alinhada à Comunicação Sensível da Veritas; Acompanhar comentários e mensagens, respeitando o SLA de atendimento; Identificar, qualificar e direcionar oportunidades ao time comercial; Transformar dúvidas recorrentes da audiência em oportunidades de conteúdo; Trabalhar em conjunto com o tráfego pago, disponibilizando conteúdos com potencial de criativo; Utilizar os aprendizados das campanhas pagas para aprimorar o conteúdo orgânico; Acompanhar semanalmente os indicadores das redes sociais e realizar ajustes em formatos, temas e horários com base nos dados; Apoiar a reputação da marca, sinalizando riscos de imagem e seguindo os protocolos definidos pela área de Comunicação; Aplicar palavras-chave, legendas e descrições de acordo com as diretrizes de SEO; Mapear criadores e oportunidades de colaboração alinhadas aos temas da Veritas Hub; Acompanhar tendências, formatos, algoritmos e comportamento do público, avaliando o que realmente contribui para a estratégia e para as metas da marca.

Buscamos uma pessoa que combine criatividade, visão estratégica e capacidade analítica. Para essa posição, é importante ter: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Jornalismo ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência comprovada na criação de conteúdo estratégico para redes sociais; Portfólio de trabalhos; Domínio de edição de vídeos curtos em ferramentas como CapCut, InShot ou similares; Conhecimento de retenção, ritmo e construção de ganchos; Boa escrita e habilidade para desenvolver roteiros e storytelling para reels, stories e carrosséis; Experiência com calendário editorial e definição de pilares de conteúdo; Noções de design para redes sociais, utilizando Canva ou ferramenta similar; Capacidade de analisar métricas nativas das plataformas e transformar dados em decisões e melhorias. Será considerado um diferencial ter experiência com conteúdos relacionados a temas sensíveis, jurídicos, financeiros ou atendimento ao consumidor
