Wir suchen einen Video- und Fotografen für unser Team.

Als die führende Unternehmensberatung im Bereich Verkaufspsychologie, zeigen wir Unternehmern und Selbstständigen, wie sie psychologische Prinzipien nutzen können, um die Qualität ihrer Marketing-Botschaften stark zu verbessern.

Dafür haben wir spezielle Online-Trainings entwickelt, über die wir unsere Kunden digital, aber dennoch im Rahmen einer sehr engen Zusammenarbeit betreuen. Mehr als 1.000 Unternehmen, darunter renommierte Konzerne & Marketing-Agenturen, vertrauen bereits auf unsere Expertise. Und mit dir in unserem Team sollen es noch viel mehr werden.

Als gefragte Experten zum Thema Verkaufspsychologie und Kundenkommunikation sind wir regelmäßig zur Prime Time im deutschen Fernsehen, auf Vorträgen und in anderen Medien vertreten.

Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du übernimmst die Produktion und Postproduktion von hochwertigem Video Content
  • Für Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube und insbesondere für Instagram entwickelst Du kanalspezifischen Videocontent
  • Zu Deinem Daily Business gehört damit die Erstellung von Reels, Event-Recaps, Podcasts und von vielen weiteren audiovisuellen Inhalten
  • Du bist für die Film- und Fototechnik sowie das Studio-Equipment verantwortlich
  • Videoschnitt/Render/Audioschnitt-Prozess
  • Content-Vorplanung über Buffer
  • Gelegentlich Fotoshootings für Thumbnails und weitere Zwecke
  • Miniaturansichten erstellen
  • Begleitung auf Events

Das solltest du bereits mitbringen:

  • Du hast bereits Berufs­erfahrung im Bereich Videografie sammeln können und weißt, wie Content für verschiedene Kanäle produziert wird
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse zu Film­equipment und gehst mit Film- und Fotokameras sicher um
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit der Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und behältst die Ruhe
  • Du interessierst dich für neue Technologien und digitale Trends
  • Du möchtest dich weiterentwickeln
  • Du bist diszipliniert, leistungsbereit und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Du kannst einwandfreies Deutsch, in Wort und in Schrift
