Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst eine kosten\- und mitarbeiterorientierte Personaldisposition für rund 180 Mitarbeitende in verschiedenen Funktionen und verantwortest diese von der Jahresplanung bis zur Tagesdisposition.
  • Du überwachst die Arbeitszeit\-, Ruhezeit\-, Ruhetags\- und Feriensaldi der Mitarbeitenden gemäss Arbeitszeitgesetz (AZG) und stellst deren korrekte Abbildung im System sicher.
  • Du organisierst zusammen mit den Teamleitern die Ferienplanung anhand der Vorgaben.
  • Du koordinierst die interne Aus\- und Weiterbildungsplanung und übernimmst die entsprechende Einsatzplanung.
  • Du organisierst Extra\- und Zusatzfahrten und koordinierst den Fahrzeugbedarf mit der Bereitstellung.
  • Du erstellst die monatlichen Zulagenabrechnungen zuhanden der Lohnbuchhaltung.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (EFZ) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Diensteinteilung und Personaldisposition sammeln und bringst entsprechende Fachkenntnisse mit.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus und überzeugst durch Empathie sowie eine klare Kommunikation.
  • Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen behältst du den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und arbeitest lösungsorientiert.
  • Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch oder ösisch. Zudem verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe IT\-Affinität und gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Produkte.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitszeitgesetz (AZG/AZGV). Alternativ bringst du die Bereitschaft mit, dir dieses Fachwissen anzueignen.
