Planificateur/Planificatrice Personnel50\-80% =============================================

Tes missions

  • Tu établis la planification du personnel pour environ 180 collaborateurs occupant diverses fonctions, en veillant à l’équilibre entre l’efficacité économique et les besoins des équipes, et en meènes la responsabilité, de la planification annuelle à la gestion quotidienne.
  • Tu contrôles les soldes de temps de travail, de repos, de jours de congé et de vacances conformément à la loi sur la durée du travail (LDT) et veilles à leur saisie exacte dans le système.
  • En collaboration avec les responsables d’équipe, tu organises la planification des vacances selon les directives en vigueur.
  • Tu coordonnes la planification des formations initiales et continues internes, puis gères les affectations correspondantes.
  • Tu organises les courses spéciales et supplémentaires, tout en coordonnant les besoins en véhicules avec le service de mise à disposition.
  • Tu établis le décompte mensuel des allocations et primes à l’attention de la comptabilité des salaires.

Ton profil

  • Tu es titulaire d’une formation commerciale complète (CFC) ou d’une qualification jugée équivalente.
  • Tu bénéficies d’une première expérience réussie dans la gestion des horaires ainsi que dans la planification du personnel, et disposes des connaissances techniques requises.
  • Ton mode de travail se distingue par ton autonomie, ta rigueur et ta fiabilité. Tu convaincs par ton empathie et ta communication claire.
  • Même lors de situations exigeantes, tu gardes une vue d’ensemble, sais définir les priorités et travailles de manière orientée solutions.
  • De langue maternelle française ou allemande, tu maîtrises bien l’autre langue.
  • Tu disposes d’une aisance marquée avec les outils informatiques et maîtrises les logiciels usuels de MS Office.
