A propos du poste :

  • Accompagner les collaborateur.ices dans leurs tâches quotidiennes et répondre à leurs questions
  • Gérer les processus d'onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs en français et en anglais
  • Assurer la gestion de l'administration du personnel avec rigueur et efficacité (rédaction contrats/avenants, suivi visites médicales, mise à jour des dossiers collaborateur.ices, etc.)
  • Accompagner la mobilité des salariés (processus d'obtention des permis de travail, VISA, réservation de logements temporaires, etc.)
  • Suivre les indicateurs RH et proposer des actions pour améliorer les processus en place

Profil recherché :

  • De formation Bac+3 minimum en RH,
  • Une expérience d'un minimum de 8 ans dans un rôle similaire en milieu industriel
  • Un bon niveau d’anglais pour échanger aisément avec nos collaborateur.ices anglophones
  • Une maîtrise solide du Pack Office, et idéalement une maîtrise du SIRH Dynamics
  • Rigueur, organisation, autonomie, détermination, enthousiasme, flexibilité et polyvalence
