Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l’équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Process au sein de notre unité autonome de production (UAP) Assembly. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l’un des procédés d’assemblage.

Ce poste est basé au sein de notre Gigafactory, située à Bourbourg.

Missions :

  • Superviser les équipements liés au processus d’assemblage de la gigafactory
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe d’ingénierie produit afin d’optimiser les procédés d’assemblage (notching, baking, stacking, ainsi que winding, inspection par rayons X, welding et packaging) pour le design des cellules
  • Améliorer les procédés d’assemblage en augmentant le niveau d’automatisation, dans le but de réduire les investissements et les coûts d’exploitation
  • Tester et valider des technologies de pointe destinées à être intégrées dans les processus d’assemblage
  • En phase d’exploitation, mener des analyses de causes racines sur les défauts identifiés dans les procédés d’assemblage

Prérequis :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur en génie industriel, mécanique, électrique, matériaux ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience industrielle dans les procédés de fabrication, idéalement dans le domaine des batteries
  • Solides compétences en analyse statistique et en traitement de données via des outils tels que Python, Matlab et Minitab
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en phase de démarrage
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (niveau professionnel) requise
