Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l’équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Process au sein de notre unité autonome de production (UAP) Formation. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l’un des procédés de formation (cycles charge-décharge des cellules, vieillissement, dégazage, tests éléctriques etc).

Ce poste est basé au sein de notre Gigafactory, située à Bourbourg.

Missions principales :

  • Mettre en place, valider et optimiser les recettes de formation (profils de charge/décharge).
  • Surveiller les performances électriques après la formation : capacité, résistance interne, rétention de tension, courant de fuite.
  • Résoudre les problèmes tels qu’une faible capacité, une résistance interne élevée, la production de gaz ou un comportement anormal de la tension.
  • Superviser le dégazage, le scellage final et les contrôles qualité post-formation.
  • Collaborer avec la R&D pour évaluer les performances des cellules et favoriser l’amélioration continue.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services Qualité et Maintenance afin d’améliorer le rendement des machines et l'OEE.
  • Réaliser des analyses des causes profondes (RCA) des défauts de formation et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives (CAPA).
  • Préparer et tenir à jour les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP), les instructions de travail, les plans de contrôle et les documents relatifs au déroulement des processus.
  • Réaliser des plans d'expériences (DOE) afin d'optimiser les paramètres et d'améliorer le rendement.
  • Suivre et analyser les données de processus à l'aide d'outils de contrôle statistique des processus (SPC), du système MES ou de logiciels d'analyse de données (par exemple, Minitab).
  • Veiller au respect des normes HSE, des normes de manipulation des produits chimiques et des réglementations en matière de sécurité électrique.
  • Apporter votre soutien au lancement de nouveaux produits, aux activités de fabrication pilote et à la mise à l'échelle des procédés.

Prérequis :

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur en génie industriel, mécanique, électrique, matériaux ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience industrielle dans les procédés de fabrication, idéalement dans le domaine des batteries ou automobile.
  • Solides compétences en analyse statistique et en traitement de données via des outils tels que Python, Matlab et Minitab
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en phase de démarrage
  • Maîtrise avancée de l’anglais et du français requise
