Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l’équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.

En résumé :

  • Nous vous proposons une opportunité en tant qu'Opérateur/trice pour notre GigaFactory, basée à Bourbourg.
  • Vous travaillerez au cœur de notre usine où vous conduirez une installation ou un ensemble d’installations robotisées ou automatisées en réalisant une ou plusieurs phases de production, tout en veillant à l'application du 5S et du Lean Manufacturing.

Les missions :

  • Assurer la fabrication en sécurité, qualité, quantité dans une zone affectée
  • Garantir la conduite d’installation selon des modes opératoires élaborés,
  • Assurer la traçabilité de fabrication du produit,
  • Contrôler la conformité du résultat de l’activité afin de garantir son niveau de qualité, quantité, temps de cycle (détecter d’éventuels défauts),
  • Assurer le 1er diagnostic sur les problèmes de non-conformité du produit
  • Réagir à une situation anormale, alerter sa hiérarchie en cas d’aléas
  • Vérifier et ajuster paramètres des installations,
  • Maintenir, nettoyer, ranger, son poste de travail (en salle blanche), en suivant les standards établis,

Le profil recherché :

  • Bac ou autre titre professionnel dans le domaine de l’électricité, de la chimie, de l'automatisation et de la robotique de production, de la mécanique, etc.
  • Connaissance des concepts d'amélioration continue
  • Compréhension d'un process complexe de fabrication, esprit d’équipe, polyvalence, respect des règles (horaires, sécurité, nettoyage) et capacité à s'adapter face à d'éventuels problèmes.
