The posting

Nous recherchons un.e Spécialiste Conception et Prototypage Électronique - Systèmes Batterie pour rejoindre notre équipe Industrialisation Battery Packs à Grenoble.

En tant que tel.le, vous incarnez la référence technique électronique de l’équipe Battery Pack et prenez en charge la définition, la conception, le prototypage rapide, les essais en laboratoire et la mise au point des fonctions électroniques intégrées aux packs batteries.

Missions principales:

  • Définir les architectures électroniques, sélectionner les composants, réaliser les dimensionnements et arbitrer les solutions analogiques, numériques, embarquées et d’électronique de puissance.
  • Concevoir, assembler, souder, modifier et mettre au point des cartes, interfaces, faisceaux, montages et moyens d’essais.
  • Intégrer microcontrôleurs, capteurs, HMI, communications CAN/CAN FD, LIN, UART, SPI ou I2C, alimentations et convertisseurs DC/DC.
  • Réaliser les mises sous tension, mesures électriques, essais de communication, analyses thermiques et caractérisations de performance.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes, conduire les analyses de causes racines et itérer à partir des mesures et modes de défaillance.
  • Développer ou adapter du logiciel embarqué C/C++ et des scripts Python pour l’acquisition, l’automatisation, le diagnostic et l’analyse.
  • Transformer les preuves de concept en exigences techniques et contribuer aux revues de conception, revues fournisseurs et intégrations pack.
  • Identifier les risques CEM, thermiques, de protection, fiabilité, dérating et fabricabilité, puis proposer des actions de réduction.
  • Documenter les essais et analyses, communiquer l’avancement et tenir à jour le planning de validation électronique.

Prérequis :

  • Formation technique dans un domaine connexe.
  • * Expérience de 5 ans minimum en électronique, conception, prototypage, mesures et dépannage.
  • Solides bases en électronique analogique et numérique, schémas, composants, protections, PCB, microcontrôleurs, alimentations et électronique de puissance.
  • Maîtrise des instruments de laboratoire, de la mise au point, de la soudure et du rework.
  • C/C++ et/ou Python fortement souhaités.
  • Niveau technique en anglais souhaité
  • Une expérience batterie, BMS ou automobile est un atout sans être indispensable.
  • Profil autonome, curieux, structuré, pragmatique et orienté terrain, à l’aise dans un environnement multiculturel, agile et en structuration.
