Wat moet je kunnen? ( ervaring met een groot deel van deze taken is voldoende)

  • Uitvoeren van infrastructuurwerken: Terrassen aanleggen (hardhout, natuurstenen, sierklinkers, …)
  • Uitvoeren van infrastructuurwerken: (Biologische) vijvers of waterpartijen aanleggen
  • Uitvoeren van infrastructuurwerken: (Tuin)paden en opritten aanleggen
  • Uitvoeren van infrastructuurwerken: Zwembaden aanleggen
  • Gronden voorbereiden (drainage, graafwerken, …)
  • Zaaien of aanplanten
  • Gazons onderhouden volgens de aanwijzingen (aanbrengen van patronen, maaihoogte, …)
  • Preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines of uitrustingen uitvoeren
  • Groenzone (buiten of binnen) onderhouden (verticuteren, behandelen of vervangen van planten, …)
  • Irrigatiesystemen of verlichting installeren (pijpleidingen, elektrische kabels, programmering van automatische systemen, …)
  • Gras inzaaien volgens de topografie van de site

Andere competenties

  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Rijbewijs BE of C is een plus.
  • Bereidheid om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je kan je aanpassen aan wisselende omstandigheden ( flexibiliteit)
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken. Soms zal je alleen een werk moeten opstarten of afsluiten, maar ook onderlinge samenwerking en communicatie zijn belangrijk.
