Sobre a posição Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Comércio Exterior para atuação em contrato temporário de 5 meses, com foco em rotinas operacionais de importação, acompanhamento de processos e atividades administrativas da área.

O profissional será responsável por apoiar e acompanhar as etapas dos processos de importação, garantindo a organização das informações, atualização de controles e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com rotinas operacionais de importação;
  • Conhecimento em processos e documentação de Comércio Exterior;
  • Facilidade e interesse em trabalhar com planilhas e controles;
  • Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para atuar com atividades operacionais e acompanhamento de processos;
  • Inglês fluente, principalmente para comunicação profissional;
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas.

Perfil desejado Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, comprometida, detalhista e com perfil operacional, que tenha facilidade para trabalhar com controles, planilhas e acompanhamento de processos, além de boa comunicação em inglês.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar nas rotinas operacionais relacionadas aos processos de importação;
  • Acompanhar processos e documentação de Comércio Exterior;
  • Realizar controles e atualizações em planilhas e sistemas;
  • Conferir informações e documentos relacionados às operações de importação;
  • Acompanhar prazos, status e etapas dos processos;
  • Realizar interface com áreas internas, fornecedores e parceiros;
  • Organizar e manter atualizados os controles da área;
  • Apoiar as demandas administrativas e operacionais de Comércio Exterior.
