Are you an experienced commercial finance professional looking for more than just another sales role?

Join us bas a Business Development Manager and build recurring income from an established client base, develop lasting relationships and play a key role in shaping a growing brokerage. With established opportunities, an experienced operations team and direct access to senior leadership, you'll have the freedom to make an impact and grow with the business.

The Role

This is not a volume-calling sales position. We’re looking for a consultative finance professional who understands that the best client relationships are built over years, not transactions.

You'll work closely with SMEs to understand their business objectives, growth plans and funding requirements, recommending the right finance solutions from across a broad panel of lenders.

Your conversations should focus as much on where a client wants to be in five years as on the funding requirement, they have today.

About You

  • You'll likely have experience in:
  • Commercial finance, asset finance or business lending
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Working with SME decision makers
  • Generating business through both existing clients and new opportunities
  • Managing a sales pipeline and consistently delivering results

Most importantly, you'll be commercially minded, relationship-focused and motivated by the opportunity to create long-term value for your clients and yourself.
