Garandeer een toekomstgericht onderhouds- en energiebeleid dat door jouw gemotiveerd team in acties wordt omgezet. Concreet omvat jouw job als Diensthoofd Technisch Onderhoud in regio Gent:

  • Leidinggeven aan een team van techniekers en administratieve medewerkers
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers binnen een veranderende organisatie
  • Uitwerken van een toekomstgericht onderhouds- en energiebeleid
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten, technische keuringen en leveranciers
  • Coördineren van renovatie-, verbeter- en investeringsprojecten
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders binnen infrastructuur en facility
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van kritische installaties

Bij AZ Sint-Lucas bouw je mee aan een van de meest gespecialiseerde technische omgevingen in Oost-Vlaanderen. Het ziekenhuis in Gent telt 779 bedden, meer dan 2.250 medewerkers en beschikt over een uitgebreide infrastructuur met onder andere hoogspanningsinstallaties, HVAC-systemen, noodstroomvoorzieningen en medische gassen. De organisatie bevindt zich bovendien in een unieke transitiefase richting de fusie met AZ Jan Palfijn tot AZ Ganda, een van de grootste ziekenhuisorganisaties van Vlaanderen. Jouw meerwaarde voor de vacature van Diensthoofd Technisch Onderhoud :

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen technisch onderhoud
  • Technische kennis van installaties, veiligheid en onderhoudsprocessen
  • Coachende en mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl
