Job Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Management: Responsible for the daily affairs of the Surface Treatment Technology Department.
  2. Design and Process Review: Actively participate in design review and process review activities related to the product.
  3. New Technology Introduction and Product Development: Responsible for introducing new technologies and product development, as well as improvement and other technical work within the workshop. Organize and implement these tasks to promote technological innovation in the companys products.
  4. Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain the R&D system, process improvement system documents, and related forms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or above in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Materials Science.
  • Knowledge of the basic properties of raw materials and equipment in the chemical and metallurgy industries, as well as related production processes.
  • Proficiency in MFC product process skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
