Job Summary:

Responsible for the mold fit correctly and ensure mold components process flow are correct per Entegris tooling manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fit mold and provides support to Manufacturing Associates. Install tools, set up auxiliary equipment and operates equipment with best practices.
  • Has the ability to start-up equipment and produce acceptable product with the use of provided documentation to shutdown per best practices and procedures.
  • Interpret, identify, record information on job documents.
  • Maintains a safe and productive work area. Ensures safe use of equipment in the workplace.
  • Ability and desire to meet production schedules and quality.
  • Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures including wearing all required protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep work area clean of debris.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Machine Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience, or demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.
  • Knowledgeable in Tool making.
  • Process skill in using machine and mold configuration assembly.
  • Proficient in operating various type machines such as Milling, EDM and Grinding.
  • Proficient in handling measuring equipment.
