In deze veelzijdige specialistische rol neem je ownership over twee belangrijke domeinen binnen HR: Talent Acquisition en Talent Development. Je zorgt ervoor dat we de juiste mensen aantrekken én dat onze medewerkers alle kansen krijgen om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Daarbij speel je een actieve rol in de verdere uitbouw van onze leer- en ontwikkelingscultuur, onder meer via de verdere implementatie van de Versele Academy en ons Learning Management System (LMS). De Versele Academy heeft als doel opleidingsnoden te inventariseren, een professioneel opleidingsaanbod uit te bouwen en leren toegankelijker te maken voor alle medewerkers.

Talent Acquisition

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering en selectie van white collar profielen binnen onze Belgische organisatie en ons hoofdkantoor.
  • Je beheert het volledige recruitmentproces van intake tot onboarding en bewaakt hierbij kwaliteit, snelheid en een positieve candidate experience.
  • Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en zorgt ervoor dat onze vacatures de juiste doelgroepen bereiken.
  • Je voert selectiegesprekken, coördineert assessments en houdt alle betrokken partijen correct en tijdig op de hoogte.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met kandidaten, selectiebureaus, scholen en andere externe partners.
  • Je werkt actief aan talent pools en ondersteunt initiatieven rond employer branding.
  • Je analyseert recruitmentdata en neemt initiatieven om onze wervingsprocessen continu te verbeteren.

Talent Development

  • Je coördineert opleidings- en ontwikkelingsinitiatieven voor medewerkers in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Je brengt opleidingsnoden in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een relevant, toekomstgericht opleidingsaanbod.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de Versele Academy, waarbij je opleidingen, leerpaden en ontwikkelingsprogramma's helpt vormgeven. De Academy focust op het professionaliseren en uitbreiden van het opleidingsaanbod, het centraliseren van opleidingen en het ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je ondersteunt het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van ons Learning Management System (LMS), waarmee opleidingen centraal worden beheerd en opgevolgd.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen, volgt deelname en evaluaties op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve registratie.
  • Je werkt mee aan initiatieven rond talent reviews, learning & development en employer branding.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen Talent Acquisition en Learning & Development, kortom Talent aanwerven, ontwikkelen, zien groeien is wat jou energie geeft.
  • Je bent goed georganiseerd en kan op flexibele manier schakelen tussen alle lopende opdrachten. Project management skills zijn een extra troef.
  • Je houdt van contact met diverse stakeholders zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers en projecten.
  • Je houdt ervan om processen te verbeteren en nieuwe initiatieven in de praktijk te brengen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Voltijds of minimaal 90% is mogelijk.
