Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Visiting Consultant Sustainability. Die Silvester Group agiert als spezialisierte Unternehmensberatung und Kommunikationsdienstleister auf Vorstands- und erster Führungsebene von europäischen Großkonzernen genau wie im Mittelstand und für Start-ups.

  • Sie sind Teil unserer internen und externen Projektteams und begleiten aktiv unsere Projekte in der nachhaltigen Unternehmensentwicklung und -kommunikation.
  • Sie unterstützen unser Beratungsteam bei der ESG- und Strategiearbeit für unsere Unternehmenskunden und arbeiten an der kommunikationsstrategischen Aufbereitung von Unternehmenspublikationen (z.B. Sustainability-Reports nach CSRD/ESRS oder anderen Standards) aktiv mit.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Wesentlichkeitsanalysen, bei der Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und der Bearbeitung von Rating-Anfragen (z. B. Sustainalytics, MSCI, EcoVadis).

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben bereits mind. 3 Studiensemester eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiums absolviert (gerne mit Fokus Nachhaltigkeit) und sind eingeschriebene Studierende.
  • Sie überzeugen durch überdurchschnittliche Leistungen und hohes Engagement.
  • Sie interessieren sich für Wirtschaftszusammenhänge und möchten ihre Fähigkeiten auf diesem Gebiet verbessern.
  • Sie erledigen Aufgaben lösungsorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und effizient.
  • Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office mit.
  • Sie sind flexibel, denken unternehmerisch und haben sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Der Beginn des Praktikums ist grundsätzlich jederzeit möglich. Die Dauer des Praktikums sollte 2 bis 6 Monate umfassen.
