Wir sind ein weltweit führendes Biopharmaunternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung und den Vertrieb innovativer Arzneimittel zur Behandlung chronischer Schmerzen spezialisiert hat. Dabei verfolgen wir eine klare Vision: Eine Welt frei von chronischen Schmerzen! Mit VER-01 haben wir ein einzigartiges cannabinoidbasiertes Arzneimittel zur Behandlung chronischer Schmerzen entwickelt, das im Juni 2026 unter dem Namen Exilby in Deutschland und Österreich zugelassen wurde. Damit haben wir nach mehr als acht Jahren intensiver Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeit einen bedeutenden Meilenstein erreicht.

Die Zulassung in den USA ist für 2029 geplant. Unser Ziel ist es, Exilby bis 2030 als führende Therapie zur Behandlung chronischer Schmerzen zu etablieren und damit neue Maßstäbe in der Schmerztherapie zu setzen.

DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Als kreativer Kopf hinter bahnbrechenden klinischen Studien übernimmst Du nicht nur Verantwortung für Design, Durchführung und Datenanalyse, sondern führst ein engagiertes Team von Experten zum Erfolg. In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist Du der Motor für Innovationen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Vision einer schmerzfreien Welt Realität wird. Bist Du bereit, Prozesse neu zu denken und Studien auf ein neues Level zu heben? Dann suchen wir genau Dich!

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für die Bereiche Clinical and Preclinical Science, Medical Writing, Medical Monitoring und Clinical Safety in direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsführung.

- Du führst ein hochmotiviertes Team von >5 Mitarbeitern disziplinarisch und entwickelst diese weiter.

- Du designst klinische Studienprotokolle in Zusammenarbeit mit Key Opinion Leaders, definierst die Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien und verantwortest die Sicherheit der Patienten.

- Du verfasst Anträge für klinische Studien, Studienreports und das klinische Dossier für Marktzulassungsanträge und übernimmst die Kommunikation bei Behördenanfragen

- Du entwickelst die Strategie für das klinische Studienprogramm, inklusive der Auswahl neuer Indikationen

- Du bist federführend für die Auswahl und Steuerung externer Dienstleister inklusive der Verhandlung von Projektbudgets verantwortlich.

- Du verantwortest und optimierst Prozesse in deinen Bereichen und entwickelst das Organisationszielbild stetig weiter.

DEIN PROFIL

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes MS/MA, M.D., oder PhD Studium in Naturwissenschaften, Medizin, Pharmazie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.

- Du hast mindestens 4-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Top-Strategieberatung oder in einem dynamischen Start-up Umfeld.

- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit großer Detailorientierung zeichnen Dich aus.

- Du hast eine klare und strukturierte Kommunikationsweise.

- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
