Sie werden Teil unseres Professional‑Services‑Teams und leiten anspruchsvolle GIS‑Projekte für Kunden der öffentlichen Verwaltung und Wirtschaft. Dabei verantworten Sie die Einführung und Anpassung unserer Lösungen - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle umfassen:

Projektleitung von GIS‑Implementierungen

  • Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Einführungs‑ und Migrationsprojekte im GIS‑/Fachverfahrensumfeld
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Steuerung von Terminen, Budget, Risiken und Entscheidungswegen

Fachliche Beratung & Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden

  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen aus Bereichen der öffentlichen Verwaltung, von Unternehmen mit einem Schwerpunkt bei Versorgern oder Infrastrukturmanagement und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsansätze
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Präsentationen und Abstimmungen mit IT‑ und Fachbereichen sowie fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs in frühen Projektphasen (ohne Verkaufsverantwortung)

Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen & Lösungen

  • Management von Change Requests und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb bestehender Fachverfahren
  • Einbringen projektübergreifender Erfahrungen zur Verbesserung unserer Methoden, Abläufe und Produkte im Professional‑Services‑Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT‑/GIS‑Projekten, idealerweise im Umfeld öffentlicher Verwaltungen, Versorger oder Infrastrukturbetreiber
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von GIS‑Technologien (idealerweise Esri‑Stack) sowie Erfahrung mit fachlichen Prozessen der Versorgungswirtschaft oder des Infrastrukturmanagements
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche und technische Anforderungen zu strukturieren und in tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen zu überführen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleg*innen

Wünschenswert (kein Muss): Erfahrung mit VertiGIS‑Produkten, Grundverständnis von Cloud‑Architekturen oder Erfahrung in agilen Projektmethoden.

Unsere Rahmenbedingungen

👉 Für diese Position: Gelegentliche Vor‑Ort‑Termine bei Kunden (z. B. Workshops, Abstimmungen, Projektmeilensteine). Die Projektarbeit erfolgt jedoch überwiegend digital.

Folgende Details gelten für eine Anstellung in Österreich:

  • Die Anstellung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag IT
  • Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt 55.300,00 EUR brutto/Jahr (38,5 h/Woche). Die tatsächliche Vergütung hängt von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab..
