This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring that project outcomes are delivered with quality and aligned to agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation through closure. This includes defining project scope, building project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and maintaining clear governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role works closely with sponsors, business stakeholders, team members, vendors, and leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and support timely decision-making. The Project Manager ensures that deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria remain visible and actively managed.

Primary Duties

  • Lead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Develop and maintain core project artifacts such as the project charter, schedule, status reports, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and meeting documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams composed of internal staff, consultants, vendors, and third-party implementation partners. The role coordinates accountability across technical, functional, and business workstreams.
  • Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets, and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, including project updates, governance meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings, decision reviews, and lessons learned discussions.
  • Support change control by assessing impacts, documenting requests, and coordinating approvals.
  • Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation planning, and track actions through resolution.
  • Ensure successful handoff, transition, and closure activities at the end of the project.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, project management, finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT Project Management with experience managing ERP, manufacturing projects and new product development projects.
  • Experience working with senior leaders to support strategic planning, funding decisions, and cross-functional prioritization.
  • Familiarity with project, program, and product delivery methods across waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-support skills.
  • Certification in PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent
  • Experience with enterprise PPM tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, inspire collaboration, and navigate cultural and geographic diversity
  • Experience navigating a global organization

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
