Job Description

Vertiv is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Warranty Programs to help shape and lead the next evolution of our warranty programs. We are seeking a leader who can turn warranty strategy and policy into effective operating processes, drive cross-functional improvement, and ensure complex warranty issues are resolved with speed, consistency, and strong financial discipline.

This highly collaborative role will work across Services, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and our business units to identify systemic issues, improve warranty policies and processes, manage escalations, and provide senior leaders with actionable, data-driven insights. Just as importantly, this leader will develop and enable a strong team focused on delivering an effective and continuously improving warranty program.
