Wir suchen: 1 Buchhaltungsangestellt(er)e oder Sachbearbeiter/in in der Hausverwaltung mit Schwerpunkt Betriebskostenbuchhaltung

IN VOLL- UND TEILZEIT M/W/D

Ihre Aufgaben:

» Kundenkontakt

» Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von komplexen Hausverwaltungstätigkeiten (zB. Erteilung von Auskünften unter Einhaltung der DSGVO, Datenverwaltung im Hausverwaltungsprogramm)

» Eigenständige Büroorganisation sowie Ablage- &Dokumentationstätigkeiten

» Selbstständiges Buchen und Zuordnen der Zahlungen sowie deren Archivierung

» Vorbereiten der Jahresbetriebskostenabrechnungen (WEG/ MRG /ABGB)

» Erstellen und Vorbereiten der Heizkosten-/Kältekostenabrechnungen (HeizKG)

Ihr Profil:

» abgeschlossene Buchhaltungsausbildung, bevorzugt mit Kenntnissen in der Hausverwaltung

» eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit ist von Vorteil

» genaues Arbeiten ist Voraussetzung
