Jouw opdracht:

  • Verder optimaliseren & implementeren van ons pedagogisch beleid & procedures in de organisatie
  • Je ontwikkelt in samenwerking met het multidisciplinair team een individueel behandelingsplan dat aangepast is aan de noden en behoeften van het kind/de jongere.
  • Je bent procesverantwoordelijke van het behandelingsplan en biedt hiervoor ondersteuning aan het opvoedersteam.
  • Je staat in voor de coaching en zorginhoudelijke sturing van het opvoedersteam in functie van het vooropgestelde behandelingsplan
  • Je organiseert en volgt werkgroepen op met de leefgroepbegeleiders in samenspraak met teamcoaches.
  • Je werkt met de context en contextbegeleidingsdienst (organisatie en leiding MDT)
  • Contact en overleg met externe partners: CLB, scholen, CGG, 1G1P,...
  • Je realiseert en ondersteunt een zorginhoudelijke visie (herstelgericht) en een toekomstgericht beleid in samenwerking met de directie, het kernteam en het multidisciplinair team
  • Handelen vanuit de visie en doelstellingen van het GO! en de organisatie
  • Je bepaalt mee de verdere uitwerking van het kwaliteitshandboek van de voorziening
  • Je volgt de samenwerking met verschillende vestigingsplaatsen op
  • Je bent een master in de orthopedagogiek of de psychologie
  • Je hebt ervaring in de jeugdhulp
  • Ervaring in het werken met kinderen en jongeren en hun context strekt tot aanbeveling.
  • Je beschikt over een recent uittreksel uit het strafregister Model 2.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en je bent bereid om met jouw eigen wagen dienstverplaatsingen uit te voeren..
