Om onze ambitieuze groeidoelen te realiseren, zijn we op zoek naar een energieke en georganiseerde Marketing Coördinator die het overzicht bewaart, campagnes aanstuurt en samen met het team onze marketing naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Marketing Coördinator in een salesgerichte organisatie ben jij de spil van ons commercieel team. Je zorgt ervoor dat plannen tot uitvoering komen en dat alle neuzen dezelfde kant op staan.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Het opstellen en bewaken van de marketingplanning.
  • Aansturen en controle op de opzet en coördinatie van marketingcampagnes (online en offline).
  • Constante bijsturing en monitoring van de lopende marketingcampagnes.
  • Beheren van de branding en communicatie-uitingen, inclusief brochures, websites, social media en PR.
  • Aansturen en controle op het organiseren van events, open dagen en beurzen om projecten te promoten.
  • Aansturen van diverse externe partijen zoals communicatiebureau, grafisch ontwerpers, fotografen en copywriters.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en het doen van verbetervoorstellen.
  • Ondersteuning bij de creatie van content, zoals nieuwsbrieven, blogs en advertenties.
  • Creatie van eenvoudige landingspagina’s.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een Bachelor of Master in marketing, communicatie of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol. Ervaring in de vastgoedsector is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent digitaal onderlegd en hebt ervaring met social media, e-mailmarketing en contentcreatie.
  • Je bent nauwgezet, gestructureerd en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent hands on en weet een strategische visie te vertalen naar een concrete operationele aanpak.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Ervaring met tools zoals Hubspot, Monday, Canva, MailChimp, Google Analytics, AI en CMS-systemen is een pré.
