Veterans Ford Tampa is seeking a motivated and experienced Lube Technician who is eager to take the next step in their career. This is a unique opportunity to join a dealership that values growth and development, with a clear path toward becoming a Ford Senior Master Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner and helps identify, confirm, and resolve customer concerns
  • Performs general maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations
  • Execute thorough and accurate inspections to advise on recommended maintenance or needed repair
  • Runs tests to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
  • Drives vehicles for testing purposes
  • Maintains efficiency and accuracy in servicing customer and dealer-owned vehicles
  • Uses power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Quick Lube service experience preferred, but not required
  • Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
  • Effective analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
