  • All the benefits you deserve. We’re committed to supporting your well-being, professional growth, and long-term success through a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3.5% employer match; generous PTO plus paid CE days; annual CE allowance; full coverage of professional dues, licensing fees, DEA registration, AVMA PLIT, and memberships (AVMA, VIN, etc.); AI-powered medical note-taking software; enhanced parental and medical leave benefits; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); and discounted pet care for your own pets.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a veterinarian who enjoys both the medical and surgical sides of practice, with confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. Because this role is built around flexibility, we welcome candidates across a range of experience levels and schedule needs, from a doctor seeking a traditional full-time role to one looking for a part-time schedule that fits around other commitments. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach with clients, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are essential.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college
  • Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA and MO BNDD License (or ability to obtain)
  • Openness to a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) across one or both hospital locations

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
