Wir sind ein etabliertes, inhabergeführtes KMU mit Sitz im Knonaueramt und seit über 50 Jahren im Schweizer Wein\- und Getränkemarkt tätig. Unter dem Credo «Mehr als Einweg» setzen wir uns für die Kreislaufwirtschaft und die Wiederverwendung von Glasflaschen ein. Unser Angebot umfasst gereinigte und neue Glasflaschen, Verschlüsse, Trinkgläser sowie die mobile Abfüllung. Persönliche Beratung, Qualität, Kooperation und langfristige Partnerschaften stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt.

Zur Bewirtschaftung unserer Intralogistik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und praxiserprobte Fachperson, die unseren Warenfluss kontrolliert und im Austausch steht mit den Schnittstellen Dispo \& AVOR, unserem Waschcenter sowie den Chauffeuren.

Logistiker/in =============

Konkret umfasst diese Funktion folgende Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bewirtschaftung der Blocklager, Lagerorganisation
  • Termingerechte Bereitstellung der Ware
  • Beladen und Entladen der LKWs
  • Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Bei Bedarf Lieferpapiere erstellen
  • Chauffeure einweisen
  • Wareneingänge elektronisch erfassen
  • Kundenretouren elektronisch erfassen
  • Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Funktion Dispo \& AVOR
  • Musterversand und kleinere Botengänge

Mit einem geübten Blick für effiziente Abläufe bereiten Sie die Lieferungen vor. Saisonale Schwankungen integrieren Sie flexibel in Ihre Planung ein und finden auch unter Zeitdruck die zielführendste Lösung. Sie rapportieren dem Chef für Dispo \& AVOR sowie dem Produktionsleiter.

Ihr Profil – Dynamische Allrounder/in

Sie führen gekonnt die Kontrolle über unsere Wareneingänge und Ausgänge und behalten auch in hektischen Momenten die Übersicht. Sie agieren proaktiv, pflegen eine sehr exakte Arbeitsweise und berücksichtigen die Sicherheitsvorschriften. Der zuvorkommende und kollegiale Umgang mit Ihren unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Körperliche Arbeit sowie administrative Aufgaben am PC liegen Ihnen gleichermassen und Sie schätzen gerade die Abwechslung, die eine solche Tätigkeit mit sich bringt. Als aufgeschlossene, lernfähige Persönlichkeit denken Sie über Ihr eigenes Tätigkeitsfeld hinaus und bringen sich aktiv ins Team ein.

Was Sie mitbringen – Fachwissen und Erfahrung

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistiker/in EFZ, idealerweise im Bereich Disposition oder Logistik und bringen weiter mit:

  • 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit Gabelstaplern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, schriftlich und mündlich
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse (Windows)
