Job Summary

Participate in a nursing career development and training program designed to provide financial support, hands-on healthcare experience, and educational opportunities for individuals pursuing nursing careers. Gain practical experience in a senior care environment while completing nursing education and working toward professional credentials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-the-job healthcare training.
  • Support resident care activities under appropriate supervision.
  • Gain hands-on experience in a senior care environment.
  • Complete nursing coursework through an approved educational institution.
  • Develop clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
  • Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and residents.
  • Build knowledge and competencies required for a nursing career.

Requirements

  • Current or prospective nursing student.
  • Interest in pursuing an LPN, RN, or BSN program.
  • Ability to learn and work in a healthcare environment.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
