  • Lead migrations from legacy SAN/NAS environments to cloud and hybrid storage platforms.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery solutions using cloud-native technologies and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Analyze storage consumption to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement lifecycle management policies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure governance, integration, and compliance.
  • Monitor performance, availability, and security across multi-cloud environments.
  • Establish storage standards, automation frameworks, and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate and deploy advanced storage technologies in collaboration with vendors and technical stakeholders.
  • Support cloud financial management efforts by optimizing resource usage and controlling cloud costs.
  • Maintain infrastructure technologies following formal change management processes.
  • Lead or participate in technical implementation initiatives for storage solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert providing Level 3 cloud storage support.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 operational coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Hands-on experience working in cloud-based environments.
  • Proficiency with AWS and/or Azure storage services and related cloud technologies.
  • At least one relevant cloud certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in cloud storage services such as AWS S3, EBS, Azure Blob, and File store.
  • Strong knowledge of SAN, NAS, object storage, and distributed storage systems.
  • Experience implementing disaster recovery solutions using cloud-native platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of storage networking protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB) and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud storage architectures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
