Position Overview

As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You'll assist with daily care needs, provide meaningful companionship, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Each shift offers the opportunity to build relationships, support resident independence, and make a lasting difference in someone's day.

Primary Responsibilities

CNA Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Encourage resident independence whenever possible
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions
  • Provide compassionate support and companionship
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment
  • Complete accurate documentation of resident care

Qualifications

  • Active Nebraska CNA certification required
  • Certification must be in good standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality resident-focused care
  • Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of life
