Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung eines Bewirtschafters mit einem abwechslungsreichen Portfolio von Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum:\- in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben\- bei der Wiedervermietung von Mietobjekten (inkl. Besichtigungen, Abnahmen/Übergaben) \- bei der Bewirtschaftung von Objekten im Stockwerkeigentum (inkl. Protokollierung der Eigentümer\- versammlungen)
  • Persönlicher und telefonischer Kontakt zu Mietern, Eigentümern, Hauswarten, Handwerkern und Ämtern
  • Kontrolle und Kontierung vonKreditorenrechnungen sowie Erstellen von Heiz\- und Nebenkosten\-abrechnungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Zwingend praktische Erfahrung in der*Immobilienbewirtschaftung*
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilien\-Bewirtschaftung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und stilsichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse und Freude an digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Freude am persönlichen Kontakt
  • Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine unternehmerische Denkweise
