Estamos em busca de um Auxiliar para atuar na área de SAC, com excelente comunicação, foco em garantir a conexão perfeita dos nossos clientes, agilidade na resolução de problemas e comprometimento com um atendimento de excelência.

QUAIS SERÃO SEUS DESAFIOS?

  • Processar e registrar solicitações de upgrade, downgrade, troca de titularidade, troca de endereço, migração de tecnologia, entre outros;
  • Realizar desbloqueios e configuração de roteadores e Wi-Fi, quando necessário;
  • Orientar os clientes em relação a funcionalidades e processos de ativação, como aplicativo Minha Vexnet, Vexnet Câmeras, e aplicativo de filmes e séries;
  • Receber e atender chamadas, chats e solicitações por e-mail ou plataformas digitais, oferecendo suporte técnico inicial e esclarecimento de dúvidas;
  • Prestar suporte inicial a problemas de internet lenta/queda e sem internet, realizando diagnósticos básicos e tentando resolver o problema antes de encaminhar para níveis superiores, se necessário;
  • Resolver dúvidas simples relacionadas a faturas, como alterar datas de vencimento, envio de boletos e estorno de pagamento;
  • Oferecer suporte básico para negociação de dívidas e registrar ocorrências de problemas financeiros;
  • Quando necessário, escalonar problemas técnicos ou administrativos mais complexos para o SAC N2 ou outras equipes especializadas.

O QUE PRECISAMOS DE VOCÊ?

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em informática;
  • Conhecimento básico em configuração de redes, roteadores e Wi-Fi;
  • Habilidade em dagnosticar e resolver problemas;
  • Comunicação Clara e Empática: Capacidade de lidar com os clientes de forma amigável e eficiente;
  • Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas solicitações simultâneas;
  • Capacidade de lidar com situações desafiadoras de forma calma e eficiente;
  • Foco no cliente: Compromisso com a satisfação do cliente, buscando sempre oferecer soluções adequadas e rápidas.

O QUE BUSCAMOS ?

  • Desejável ensino superior cursando em: Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistema, Ciências da Computação ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento em Telecom é um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de atendimento ao cliente (CRM);
  • Experiência em suporte técnico para provedores de internet ou telecomunicações.
  • Capacidade de análise;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente;
  • Compromisso com a qualidade e exelencia no serviço.
