· Develop tools, reporting, and governance mechanisms that enhance visibility, accountability, and decision making across strategic initiatives.
· Lead cross-functional problem solving on high-priority business opportunities and operational barriers, bringing structure, analysis, and clear options to senior leaders.

· Coordinate cross-functional execution of the end-to-end go-to-market process.
· Build and manage consistent processes from briefing to execution, connecting teams so information flows to the right stakeholders at the right time.
· Facilitate milestone reviews and readiness assessments across Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
· Ensure go-to-market work is grounded in brand strategy, consumer insights, commercial priorities, and operational readiness. Partner with functional teams to ensure priorities are communicated consistently throughout the go-to-market process.
· Define an ecosystem of tools and reporting that gives leaders visibility into go-to-market progress, risks, decisions, and results.
